We follow a step-by-step process to make all our commercial contracting services run smoothly. Here is what to expect when you hire Carrington for your commercial needs.

• First Steps
  When you first call us about your job, a project manager will schedule a time to meet with you in person so we can evaluate your needs.
• Scope of Work
  The project manager will develop a scope of work and plan of action so you know what to expect throughout the entire process of the job.
• Project Management
  We will oversee all work crews and suppliers involved with your job to ensure that all goals are met in a timely manner. The project manager will be available to contact for any questions and concerns you may have during this time.
• Punch List
  When the job is complete, the project manager will do a complete walkthrough of the property with you. We can complete a punch list upon request to ensure all the goals you had for the job were met. If anything isn’t done to your specifications, we will note that and correct it.
• Completion
  After the punch list items are completed as well, we will do another walkthrough with you. We will continue to do this until you are completely satisfied with all the work!
