Jim is the founder and president of Carrington Contracting Incorporated, overseeing all aspects of the company.
Keith Crawford
Joined Carrington in 2022. He has 22 years of experience in Multi-family, Single-family & Commercial Facilities Management.
Katie Osborn
Joined Carrington Contracting in 2022. Her strength lies in building positive relationships with anyone she meets.
Ronnie Freeman
Joined the Carrington Contracting team in 2001 after 15 years of custom home construction in the Triangle area.

OUR PROCESS
It all starts with clear communication and a clear process. Here’s how ours works.
Consultation
Let’s talk through your goals and needs. Whether you reach out by phone or website, our Director of Operations will make sure the right team member connects with you quickly.
Assessment
A project rep schedules a job walk to evaluate the site, discuss scope, and take notes. We dig into the details so you don’t run into surprises later.
Proposal
You’ll get a clear, itemized proposal with an accurate estimate, realistic timelines, and zero fluff. We believe in transparency, not guesswork.
Execution
Once approved, your project is assigned to an experienced project manager who oversees the work from start to finish. Our crews show up prepared, stay on schedule, and communicate clearly throughout.
Follow-Up
When the work is complete, we walk the site with you to ensure everything meets expectations. We’re not done until you’re satisfied, and we’ll be here if anything comes up down the road.
Maintain
Carrington Contracting will work with you to create a seasonal maintenance plan to keep your property looking its best year-round.
