Jim Carrington - President
Jim is the founder and president of Carrington Contracting Incorporated, overseeing all aspects of the company. He established his first contracting business while living in the Washington, D.C. area in the 1980s. By 1995 he was ready to return to his much-loved home state of North Carolina. After selling his company, he moved to Durham where he founded Carrington Painting & Contracting. As his business grew and in order to better meet the increasing needs of his many loyal customers, Jim became a licensed general contractor and the name of the company was changed to Carrington Contracting, Inc. For more than 26 years, Jim has maintained a strategic focus on single and multi-family exterior renovation services. Under his leadership, and with his team of top-notch professionals, Carrington Contracting Incorporated has grown from a one-man paint crew to a multi-million-dollar company performing projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He strives to cultivate and maintain successful relationships with each of his customers. Jim is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. He is a member of the National Apartment Association, the Triangle Apartment Association, and The Home Builders Association of Durham. When away from work, Jim enjoys golfing and visiting North Myrtle Beach with his family.
Keith Crawford - Director of Operations
Keith joined Carrington Contracting in 2022. He has 22 years of experience in Multi-family, Single-family and Commercial Facilities Management. He specializes in Multi-family Housing; he has worked with some of the nation's top 10 management companies. Keith's area of expertise is in capital improvements, asset preservation and site level projects. He is well versed in all asset classes including garden, mid-rise and high-rise. Keith prides himself on building excellent relationships with his clients. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife Leisa and 2 kids Josie and Braden! They spend time camping and fishing at the coast!
Katie Osborn - Office Manager
Katie joined Carrington Contracting in 2022. Her strength lies in building positive relationships with anyone she meets. She is passionate about her job in keeping things in check and organized all while managing day to day accounting tasks! When not working, Katie enjoys doing DIY projects with her Husband and spending time with her 2 animals at home.
Ronnie Freeman - Senior Project Manager
Ronnie came to Carrington Contracting in 2001 after 15 years of custom home construction in the Triangle area. As Senior Project Manager, Ronnie is constantly on-the-go, overseeing a myriad of single and multi-family residential and commercial renovation projects. No job is too small or too large for Ronnie! Whether it's repairing a leak, replacing windows and doors for local homeowners or managing complete exterior renovation projects for our multi-family customers, Ronnie is our "go-to" guy! He offers proven leadership and an incredibly strong work ethic-not to mention a warm and winning personality! In his free time, he enjoys riding his Harley and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Michael Reedy - Project Manager
Michael joined Carrington Contracting in 2022. He has 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He specializes in renovations and new construction. He has a keen eye for detail and his willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy each customer. He is an avid sports fan and likes camping, fishing, and cooking Sunday dinner.
Jeremie Freeman - Field Supervisor
Jeremie joined the team in 2016. He is our field supervisor with 12 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. His strength lies in carpentry and framing. He is a jack of all trades here at Carrington. His go getter attitude and attention detail set him apart. When not working he enjoys going to the lake and spending time with friends and family.
